There have been signs the economy is slowly turning around, especially in the retail industry. St. Louis' largest mall owner, CBL says it's busy signing new tenants, many of whom are new to the market. Sean Phillips, Regional Marketing Director with CBL talked about the stores coming to the area and how 2010 is already differing from last year.
