THE SPIN ROOM | This week, the Jerusalem District Court accepted the claims of the residents of an illegal outpost, Mitzpe Kramim, ordering to give it a legal status of a settlement, even though it was built on private Palestinian lands. In a precedent-setting ruling, the claim of the residents was accepted, basing it on the 'market overt concept', in which transactions conducted in good faith under certain conditions are considered valid.
