Simply click on the App that you want to move. You will see two options, Move and Uninstall. Simply Click on Move. A pop up will appear which says that the App is current installed on C drive (In your case it might be different). There is also an option to choose the Drive where you want to move the App. Select the target drive, and hit the Move button again. The App will be moved to the Designated Drive. Similarly, move the other Apps too. Note: You won't see the Move Button for the Apps that can't be moved. 

Note: Only app installed from the Windows App Store can be moved.
