In my review of The Dark Knight Rises, I kept my complaints mostly focused on the movie as its own story. In this video, I go into detail about why I was dissatisfied with it as the conclusion to Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. Please don't take this the wrong way. I have the utmost respect for everyone involved in the making of each of the Batman movies. That said, no one is perfect. There seems to be a lot of praise being thrown at this movie, but there aren't that many people calling it out on its faults. This is my honest opinion both as a Batman fan and a person who loves the first two movies of this trilogy.
