"Story-Telling" From Around the World

Up-and-coming documentary filmmakers from around the world are showing their work in a suburb of Washington, DC recently. Organizers of the annual SILVERDOCS documentary film festival, in its seventh year, say they have developed "the premier" showcase for international documentary-makers. This year 122 films representing 58 countries are being highlighted at the AFI Theater in Silver Spring, Maryland. VOA's Julie Taboh was there for the opening night feature.
