Pikmin 9-Day Challenge - Day 2 (Part 2)

THIS IS THE FIRST VIDEO OF THE CHALLENGE, I LEFT OUT DAY 1. This is the Pikmin 9-Day Challenge. In this challenge I will be completing Pikmin in 9 in-game days, which are approximately 13 minutes. There are 30 parts to collect, and the first and last parts must be collected on the first and last days respectively, so that leaves 7 days to collect 28 parts. There are no exceptions or underlying rules in this challenge, if the counter at the end of the game says you did it in 9 days, you have completed the challenge. I left out the first day, since it is a tutorial day, but I did have to make sure to grow all 25 Pikmin available on the first day and keep them in the ground until they flowerize. This day is a lot less multitasking and a lot more quick action. Growing all of the necessary Pikmin quickly is the first problem, especially the yellow ones. The yellow Pikmin can be very tedious at times because they get thrown higher, so sometimes they overshoot their mark. Other than that there's not too much problem here, just knocking down gates and moving parts. I made a mistake at the end because I didn't expect my red Pikmin to become so displaced by the falling radar that they would start picking up corpses, so at the end I was shorthanded. Luckily I had my yellow Pikmin to save the day, and I had just enough time to spare. If you don't know what a mysterious death is, it's a glitch in the game that causes Pikmin to mysteriously disappear when enemies land on them. They can be avoided by throwing the Pikmin instead of charging them, but I could afford some deaths here so I charged in the interest of time. I would also like to note that in order to record a Gamecube with an HD PVR on my HD tv, I have to use all SD settings, including the settings I see while playing. So the quality looks pretty bad since it's SD on my HD tv. Because of this, you may see me calling extra times or double checking spots because sometimes it's hard to see if there's a Pikmin hiding or not.
