What a disaster this book is. Inconsistent art, story that just spins it's wheels, zero editing, some new character who looks like Batman but isn't Batman. I was excited to see my old pal The Maxx again but he's fallen on tough times in recent years. The new millennium was not kind to my friend from the 90's.
