High Court has refused the request of Chief Secretary of Goa to grant more time to file affidavit in the petition seeking health condition of CM Manohar Parrikar to make public. Fixing the hearing on Thursday, High Court has directed respondent CS to file affidavit by Wednesday. Activist Trajano D'Mellow has filed petition before High Court contending that CM is a public post, hence people of Goa has right to know about the health status of CM.
