It's located at the University Point area, which is just south of the South Boston Police Department. The area is occupied by Synths, so make sure you take them out and then head over to the University Credit Union building. Inside the credit union, you'll have to hack through two novice level terminals. Once inside the vault, there area number of different safes that can be broken into. There is one advanced safe, and two master safes. Inside one of the master safes is a button that can be activated, which reveals a secret room. The secret room holds the unique weapon Prototype UP77 Limitless Potential, which has unlimited ammo capacity! Pro tip - save your game before coming into the credit union, as the mods on this weapon are random.
