While on New Jersey Transit Train 5729, the Raritan Valley Line local to High Bridge, we pass Norfolk Southern Train 18G, a mixed freight, as well as a brush fire track side, which delayed us a few minutes, while the engineer of our train used a fire extinguisher on it,and then brought the train by it at restricted speed.  18G consists of SD70M 2610 and C40-9W 9827 with a good sized mixed freight.
