While I am against labeling everyone a narcissist, I do understand that there are many people who have narcissistic traits. 7 Signs of a Covert (introvert) Narcissist are:

Lack of Empathy
Passive-Aggressiveness
Highly Sensitive
The Misunderstood Special Person
Impersonal and Difficult relationships
Self Absorbed

These traits are just a guideline and covert narcissistic behavior is just as dangerous and traumatic as any other narcissistic behavior. If you have come in contact with a true narc, please do yourself a favor and get counseling IMMEDIATELY. You will need to start the process of healing before you even remotely think about entering into another relationship.
