So in this video I show you 4 different pairs of Nike Trainers/Sneakers the first one is the fly knit trainers that are pretty perfect for someone who wants a light weight material trainer it does wear away alot more faster than others. this sneaker was featured in my gym look book video. Next up is the nike air relentless which is one of my favourite Gym trainers these are such a great lightweight breathable yet comfortable shoe to train in. The Tailwind Nike is a really great black Sneaker that has a comfortable and chunky grip of a heel. the Last one is the Zoom pegasus 32 nike Trainer and these are very similar in feel to the relentless giving you premium comfort aswell as support for long runs I love the colour and style so when my relentless pair get worn out il replace them with these to train in.
