Hre food is good, fresh vegetables, great fruits, bananas mangos, apples. On meat side chicken is small, beef well... they have a hard time cutting meat properly, tough.. but you can make work.. all open at market.

Now there is supermarkets Robinsons and mall, so foods are ready available. It just depends where you live. 

I buy at market 10 dollars fill 3 bags or more big bags fresh produce.. tomatoes, cukes, carrots. some small lettuce.
