Dr. Jack Sequeira’s statue seems to have turned into a major political issue. After disagreement of BJP for erecting of statue in Assembly complex, Goa Forward has shown confidence in convincing BJP. GF Spokesperson Trajano D’Melo disclosed that Dy. Speaker Michael Lobo will move private member resolution for the issue in the coming Assembly, while GF will work hard to convince other 36 MLA’s to support the resolution.
