PreSeason starts, so we have the perfect chance to try something new, 3 new tactics while maintaining our preseason regime. In Episode 2 we continue with how we create the 442 Wide Diamond, and take a look at the 4231. The tactics will be available as templates, please understand that these are rough guidelines, I am sure with the right group of players it should be fairly easy to get the cracking. 

The goal is to show what goes through my head when creating a tactical system.

A point on tactical templates: These are meant as guides, so if you expect instant success without fitting the right players in, then I am afraid you're looking at the wrong place. Use these templates, most of the work has already been done, all you need to do is understand the logic of the roles, whats expected and go find the right players. All my systems demand bravery and teamwork.
