South Carolina resident Carlton Boyd spoke with TYT Politics reporter Jordan Chariton at the state capitol about the 2016 campaign and whether Senator Bernie Sanders' vow to go after Wall Street is connecting with African Americans.

Boyd pointed out African Americans by and large don't focus on the Wall Street issue because most are living paycheck to paycheck, not allowing them to invest in retirement plans.
