Trying to convince my Thunderbird to pass smog.

Codes I got:
31 - EGR Inoperative
41 - Fuel Always Lean
44 - Thermactor Innopeative

After fixing some things I ran the codes again and I got 1-2, which is "RPM Out of Spec".
