UNET: selective entity updates

I implemented a very useful functionality on top of unet. You can selectively update entities over the network based on individual player positions. You can implement your own rules if an entity state should be sent over the network. In this example it's based on the player's distance to the object. The further he is, the less frequent the updates are (60hz, 10hz and 0hz).
