When should you be concerned about your child hitting his/her head?

Toddlers and young children often fall and hit their head, and this can be very concerning for parents. When should you worry? If your child loses consciousness at all after the fall, that's very worrisome. If they vomit more than one time, that's concerning. If they're not acting normal to you, then you need to be evaluated by your pediatrician or an emergency room. If you child falls, cries immediately and is fairly easily comforted by you, then usually they're gonna be just fine.
