I wanted to vlog for you guys this week and then an episode of anxiety and depression hit... I've always gotten such a response to my more "REAL" videos like this, so I figured I'd film right through it. To those that don't understand or poke fun of those that suffer with anxiety and depression, I hope this opens your eyes a little bit. It's hard. It sucks. It's uncomfortable. All you want is for it to pass and to feel like yourself again. It's a very emotional experience and it can be absolutely exhausting. You never know what someones going through or feeling inside, so always treat others with kindness and love no matter what. xo.
