Greg Eldridge of @properties is our host for an in-depth look at Superior 110, a luxury high-rise in Chicago's River North neighborhood. I found Greg to be candid and knowledgeable. The 27-story building is nearing a sell-out, with just over a dozen units remaining of the original 62 (58 after combinations). It's a boutique building that has no more than 4 units to a floor and also features a number of half-floor units. In this episode we visit a 2 bedroom, 2 bath model home on the 16th floor. This unit features a living area with 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows and an oversized balcony. We talk about the recent significant price discounting at Superior 110, and about the extent to which it has seen contract fallout, a phenomenon that's been pervasive in the current market.
