Onengiye Fyneface Central to the concerns expressed by leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and the Rivers state Police Command, about the crisis in the state is the closure of the Judiciary for almost one year. This is part of the findings made by the National Human Rights Commission, led by its chairman, Professor Chidi Odin Kalu during an interface with critical stakeholders in Rivers state towards achieving violence free 2015 general election.
