Cops shut down cars and coffee due to someone being stupid! Cops said they were full, yet 40-50 cars left and 20 minutes later he said they were full. LOL. Then the cop told someone else that they were shutting down early. Some hot cars leaving, got it all on camera. We went to the diner afterwards and found a nice surprise!
