On Sept 2010, Ozzi - Hawaii Parkour - had the priviledge of working with a great group of Marines from the 2nd BN - 3rd Mar - Echo Company, 2nd Platoon 3rd Squad (Goon Sqd)

The boys;
1st FireTeam:
Lcpl Nick Jacobson (aka Grape Ape)
Lcpl Glen Chapa (aka MonkeyBone)
Lcpl Elias Martinez (aka Timon)
Lcpl Dereck Fangman (aka Sid the Sloth)

2nd FireTeam:
Lcpl Matt Kain (aka Tiger)
Lcpl Jeremiah Crites (aka Red Mist)
Lcpl Ricky Sisneroz (aka Po)
Lcpl Ricardo Hernandez-Gomez (aka Pumba)

For a little over 3 hrs these Marines had to endure the best of Ozzi's conditioning and drills. Crawling and leaping up and down a huge fly of stairs, press ups and upper body drills only known to make even the strongest drop. Climbing and precision jumping like real modern ninjas. Balancing and landing with stealthiness. Movement and fun all in one go.

Sweat and movement. Going over some basics drills, conditioning and fundamental of parkour training. After the first hr their improvement was very obvious. While they expected to jump and vault over walls, they relized there is much more to it than just that. This were some of the bases that would help building the skill necessary for safe practice. I managed to get some footage and this was what came out.

P.S. I didnt realized my wide angle lense was so dirty until I got home to look at the footage.
