It seems like forever since my last YouTube video! I decided about a year ago to focus solely on creating the healthiest and happiest pregnancy to ensure the delivery of my desires (natural, un medicated) and craft time to focus on being a new mom after the birth of our son, Gabriel. It's been a crazy couple of months and I'm finally feeling somewhat normal and focused back on what motivates and drives me professionally, helping others heal and feel their best, optimal selves. Over the course of the next few months, I'll be putting together more videos specifically about our labor and birth journey, how I went from infertile to fertile and more specifically on energy, weight loss, digestive grief and focus on autoimmunity.
