At ten months of age babies are usually well established on solids and they're going to be mixing nursing sessions or formula feedings with their solid food feedings. This usually adds up to be about four to six nursing sessions or formula feedings per day. This typically lands at breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner, and then a nursing session before bedtime.
