Platypus wants to give Bruce, his favorite stuffed animal, the best birthday party ever. He's got everything they need: silly hats, colorful decorations, and festive games. But when his friend Echidna comes over to help out, Platypus discovers he has a lot to learn about birthday parties—except, of course, how to have fun!
