While there are several systems that this game was released on, it never made it out of Japan. The Super Famicom version was developed by Alfa System and published by Media Works. But the versions for FM Towns, MSX, PC98 and Turbo CD were developed by Glodia.

The battle system is SRPG based. But the encounters are random. Although the battle system works a bit differently than something like Shining Force. It's more like Sorcerer's Kingdom. That's the best way to describe it. Your allies are computer controlled but the AI is decent enough. You get an energy meter that determines how far you can move and takes actions per turn. I'd say it's better done than the system in Sorcerer's Kingdom. But it still takes some getting used to.
