Heart surgery time! This one almost got me the first time I played it. First thing you'll notice after opening her up is that she'll flatline from time to time. Which means this operation is rather tricky. First off, open her up, then wait for the flatline and revive her using the same method as Chapter 1 - 8(gel, massage), then open her heart up. Zoom in on the bloody area, and drain said blood. Don't worry about keeping vitals up by this point, as the flatlines occur randomly, and the Stabilizer doesn't do anything to help stop it. I will say to pay attention to the heart line. If it goes berserk, she's about to flatline. By this point, you should stop everything you're doing and get the gel ready to massage her heart when she does flatline. Once her heart is revived, continue the operation. Cut the left side of the valve, then the right, then the entire thing. Drain the blood if it pools again. Remove the valve with the forceps, then put the synthetic one in. Suture it up and she'll be all good. Suture the heart, then her chest, and this operation is over. Derek finally makes his decision about Caduceus.
