The chassis of a 2003 Peterbilt Curbtender is now become a 2012/2013 Scorpion Side Loader. Phoenix wanted to save money. That explains no more signs on the trucks, instead a lifetime graphic. Also, the new paint job. Two colors instead of stripes. All to save money.
