LCA has been protesting two pet shops in Malibu for four months. Millionaire Mutts and Pet Headquarters. Another victory for the LCA special investigations unit! After getting a complaint from a customer who bought a puppy at Millionaire Mutts LCA sent an investigator to Texas to check out the "good breeder"and yes it was a puppymill! One store down in Malibu and one to go!
