We met up with US rider Nicole Shahinian-Simpson at the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ in Thermal. Simpson grew up on a farm in New Jersey and started her career very early. Her current mare "Akuna Mattata" is a triplet and actually a son of her former horse Dragonfly.
