Obama Administration Unveils Mexico Border Plan

The Obama administration says it is sending more agents and equipment to its southwestern border to combat Mexican drug cartels and turf battles that have spilled into the United States. As part of the plan, the U.S. will invest $700 million this year to help Mexican law enforcement agencies battle the drug trade. VOA's Robert Raffaele has more.
