DMK President M.K. Stalin met the media outside the airport and answered their questions on several topics including the unveiling of Kalaignar Statue. He said that the protest against the ADMK Government are not just by the Differently Abled but also the Farmers at strife, the JACTO-GEO members and even members of the Cinema industry. He informed that the unveiling of Kalaignar Karunanidhi's statue will be done by INC Chairperson Sonia Gandhi. Following that, a meeting will be convened at the YMCA grounds where several top leaders of the country will be participating. He also refuted the planned agenda of mistaken identity by a section of the media against DMK wherein a ruffian who roughed up a media person was wrongly identified as a DMK cadre. He refused to comment on the uncouth remarks of H Raja and said that its below his dignity to reply to H Raja or his comments.
