Welcome to the crazy world of Cactus Sutcac. In today's embarking episode, Sutcac runs out of his favorite food, water-flavored gelatine. Luckily for him, Mayor C. Otter's crystal otter statue has been stolen and he has offered a hefty reward for he who can return it. Sutcac accepts this challenge so that he may buy more of his beloved gelatine. Cactus Sutcac is a completely different series than any other I've done before. Unlike most cartoons that have a new story each episode, Sutcac plays out more like an anime. It has a whole story and the episodes slowly tell that story one piece at a time.
