Trooper Justin Eisfeldt honored at an American Red Cross Heroes breakfast. going home at the end of the shift, Eisfeldt saw a man changing his tire at the side of the road. And while the job was almost done, he stayed with his lights flashing to provide a bit of safety. As the 56-year driver was putting the tools back in the trunk, he collapsed. Justin called for EMT assistance and applied CPR until that help arrived. Training pays off, the man survived. Trooper Eisfeldt says, "I was just doing my job." One family is very glad he did.
