Russian mercenaries, aka “vacationists”, aka “green men”, who are fighting illegally in Ukraine and Syria filed a lawsuit to the International Criminal Court in the Hague against organizers of mercenary armies. They demand that Russia recognizes them as Russian soldiers and give them the same benefits and compensations as Russian soldiers have.
