I found Dan the man (Liferegenerator) on Youtube just recently and initially dismissed his message of fruit, vegetables and love as nonsense. I let his message sink in and have incorporated live fruits and vegetables in my routine, my life, and my soul.  I never felt this great in my life.  Dan The Man (liferegenerator ) is now my new mentor.  He kicks knowledge of simple Principles of just eating fruits and vegetables. It's amazing 

He talks a lot about juicing, but he also talks about smoothie as well.  the information here is amazing.

 I look forward to this journey since I found him and his method.  It's so simple, it's what God has intended for us in the beginning.  I hate the fact that there is so much sickness and diseases in this world and doctors just give you a pill to stabilize the sickness instead of telling us to eat fresh fruits and vegetable to cure our sickness, you have to go to his channel and check him out you'll be grateful. I turned you on to him.
