Blind Lucky is a short film about how twisted fate can be. Or, in this case, how Max and Moritz become partners in crime against all odds. It’s a proof-of-concept for a feature film. In Blind Lucky, the feature, our dubious duo dive head first into riskier adventures. Word on the street is they’re mixed up in an escapade involving American backpackers, an Austrian aristocrat, Romanian mobsters, mistreated mistresses, a Russian hit man and a substantial sum in cold, hard cash. It’s ‘no country for young men’ in Berlin. What’s luck got to do with it? Everything.
