Forest Park environmental center gets new sundial

Commissioned by the family of retired Judge Edward C. Peck in memory of his wife, Ruth Mahoney Peck, sculptor James Kitchen created a sundial with components that relate to Forest Park. The sundial sits in front of the Clifford A. Phaneuf Environmental Center.
