President Donald Trump signs a bill to fund the defense department. He takes the opportunity to praise New York City police and first responders for their work yesterday. He says that he wants to end the lottery and "chain migration". He also wants congress to end the defense sequester. At the end of the event he ignores a question about a sexually suggestive tweet he made to Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) implying she would do just about anything for money.
