When hundreds of Northwestern University students crowded the streets of downtown Evanston on a Sunday evening last fall, you knew something big was up. And it was. More than thirty restaurants were offering up a taste of the town to welcome new and returning Northwestern students. The aptly named "Big Bite Night" is a street buffet of cuisines.
