U.S. President Barack Obama's name is not on the ballot in next week's midterm elections. But his Democratic Party's control of Congress is at stake, as are the governorships of several states. If the Democrats do not win, Mr. Obama could find himself in the minority with two years to go before he runs for re-election. VOA's Laurel Bowman has more.
