CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- As you get ready to go to work and get the kids to school, you might be dreading your commute, and maybe some traffic.      As it turns out, all that driving is costing you. Texas AM released its 2015 Urban Mobility Scorecard.      In the Tri-State, the average commuter spent 41 hours sitting in traffic.      That means you used 21 extra gallons of fuel and traffic cost you about 89 annually. This is a little different than what you'll find in other cities though.      Cleveland commuters spend less time sitting in traffic and about 00 less. Louisville commuters spend more hours and more money on congested roads.
