PMMO, the night time work crew out of Mott Haven Yard, kicks it into Notch 8 as it gets the green on Track 2 in Tarrytown.  Tonight, PMMO is left to the charges of GP35R 103, which makes a bit of noise as it hauls 10 loaded concrete tie cars south, most likely to Highbridge East Yard.
