PBR Battle 53: Water/Flying times two...what?

Ok, now this may be the weirdest team I've encountered. Two of each, Gyarados, Mantine and Pelipper, all Water/Flying, all with items. Even stranger... it's actually decent. This is obviously a novelty team, but it's clearly no joke. These Pokemon actually have competent movesets, items that compliment them, and are EV trained, and quite possible IV bred too. I knew from the get go that simply Thunderbolting everything into oblivion would not work. I needed to think this one through. Really, I'll let you just watch. You'll see some very interesting stuff here. That was a pretty great run for this team, I must say, 4 straight wins.
