We visit the remote picturesque Aran valley in the Spanish Pyrenees which is a world apart from the nearest city - Barcelona. Val d'Aran has developed its own culture,its own dialect and most importantly an array of culinary delights. The Spanish royal family even owns a chalet and often spends its winter holiday there.
