Madden 2010, First Patch Did Little To Robo QB and Pass Protection

In this area of the field, I highly doubt lineman would be standing behind the QB. Much less drop back faster than him. I suppose the protection might be better with the ultra fast lineman, but its obvious they have no situational awareness in this example. How would you like to get hit for a safety with your linemen standing behind you on offense? The Robo QB thing , besides being unrealistic just needs to go. Its apparent that intentional grounding (not in this example - but as a penalty) doesn't get called. Does this mean your free to throw the ball away to avoid a safety without issue?
