With over 10 years of professional experience and a career path that looks like it came from a maze book, Kelly Muir has made a career finding solutions by noticing what others don’t. In this heartfelt talk, Kelly explains how hundreds of self-professed geeks have channeled their passion to create a positive perpetual motion machine, donating over $750,000 worth of technical services to New England nonprofits. She calls on each of us to uncover the positive potential energy waiting inside us and pay it forward.

Whether it’s as a 3D animator, project manager, business analyst or user experience designer, Kelly Muir capitalizes on her ability to focus on the details. In fact, if you ask what she does for a living, she’ll tell you, “I observe, facilitate conversations and translate so others can understand.”

This passion for details and solutions helped her “answer the call” and become the co-founder of New England GiveCamp, a weekend-long event where technology professionals – designers, developers, and digital marketers – donate their time and unique talents to provide software solutions for local charities and other nonprofits.
