Ajay Kumar Reddy has started cricket in 2002 at Lutheran High School for the Blind. He had played so many Nationals and Zonals. In August 2010 he played his 1st International Debut again England in Barminghum Home. From 2012 till 2015 he was Vice Captain and played various matches like 1st T20 World Cup, India V/S Pakistan in Chennai, India V/S Pakistan in Pakistan, India V/S Australia in Bangalore, 4th ODI International World Cup, India V/S England in England. Since 2016 he is Captain for Team India and played various matches under this title like T20 Asia Cup at Kochi, 2nd T20 World Cup across India and 5th ODI World Cup which was held in Dubai and Pakistan.

In his entire cricket carrier he had received more than 80 Man of the Matches and more than 50 Man of the Series (Zonals,Nationals and Internationals). Under his Vice Captain ship India has won 1st T20 World Cup for the Blind 2012 and 4th ODI World Cup for the Blind 2014. During his on going tenure as a Captain for Team India they have won Asia Cup 2016, 2nd T20 World  Cup in 2017 and recently Won 5th ODI World Cup 2018.
